We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your collar will be shipped as you ordered it (i.e. size, color, etc.). You are verifying that all information is accurate when you finalize your order.  We guarantee the quality of our collars, however, custom items may not be returned for refund or exchange unless found to defective in accordance with our warranty policy.

If you wish you may receive a complete refund or exchange for another color of equal value within 30 days of the purchase order date. Simply ship the collar, at your expense, to TheraCollar, PO Box 385, Young, AZ 85554. Please be sure to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the collar, purchase date, and size.


After 30 days past the purchase date, may only be exchanged for merchandise of up to or equal value of the order only if it is unused. Simply ship the collar, at your expense, to TheraCollar, PO Box 385, Young, AZ 85554.
